The Police records Unit is the hub and storage of all information and data collected [by the PD]  every day of the week.   A mechanism called the N.J. Open Public Records Act (OPRA) is in place should you have the need to obtain police records.  You are advised that there may be police records that are considered sensitive and therefore do not meet the criteria of release under the standard of the New Jersey OPRA.  In this case you will be properly notified. Lets Get you Started:

WHEN:  Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM (except holidays)

WHERE: Paulsboro Police Department 1211 N. Delaware Street Paulsboro NJ 08066 (at the corner of N. Delaware street and Buck Street, through the double doors that face Buck street and downstairs)

HOW: You may place your request by the following methods:

  1. In-Person at the window.  (we recommend that you fill out and submit your OPRA request form prior to your visit to expedite)
  2. By Phone; (856) 423-1101 (remember you will still need the fill out OPRA request form)
  3. By Fax, (856) 423-3319
  4. By E-Mail

Note: The time needed to process your request may take up to seven (7) business days.  We ask for your patience during this time.
