Captain Francis "Frank" Grogan was appointed to the position of Paulsboro's Chief of Police commencing at 00:01 hours November 1st 2008.   Frank has over 25 years of police service and has seved in the second-in command position over 5 years.  

Chief Grogan is a "Certified Public Manager" [CPM] , and is a "West Point Command and Leadership"  Alumni.   Follow-up information on the transition is forthcoming.    Our best wishes and congradulations to Chief Grogan.

New Chiefs' Swearing -In:   Chief Grogan will take his Oath of office at the next Borough Council Meeting on  Wednesday November 5th 2008 at 7:00 PM Sharp!!   All are welcomed to join us to witness this event.
