Congradulations and best wishes goes to Florence Turton on her retirement as of October 1st 2008. Florence was the chief's administrative Assistant and records supervisor.
Florence oversaw the control and storage of the daily records including (but not limited to) data, reports, transcriptions, UCR logging, personnel records, purchasing and discovery packages; and thats the short list! Truly an unsung position within any police department and Floence did it well!
We had a luncheon for her on Friday September 26th at the Municipal building. We are happy for her and will miss her!
